Description
Introducing the EMYJAY Nonstick Skillet, a 24cm carbon steel wok pan designed for those who value quality and health in their cooking. This versatile cookware is suitable for induction, electric, gas, and halogen stoves, making it a perfect addition to any kitchen.
Crafted from high purity iron, this skillet boasts a fine build that is resistant to rust. The use of advanced nitriding technology enhances its hardness and wear resistance, ensuring that it lasts for years without compromising performance. The EMYJAY skillet features a pure iron pot that has been forged at high temperatures, meaning it contains no harmful chemical coatings. This makes it a safe choice for you and your family, as it does not leach harmful substances into your food.
The skillet’s unique construction includes a thick bottom and thin wall, which allows for rapid and even heat conduction. This feature guarantees efficient cooking with less grease and smoke, allowing the natural flavors of your ingredients to shine through. Additionally, the pan is designed to create sufficient pot gas for stir-frying, ensuring your dishes are always cooked to perfection.
One of the standout features of the EMYJAY skillet is its hammering pattern, which not only adds a stylish touch but also provides a physical non-stick effect. This makes cleaning a breeze, saving you time and effort in the kitchen. Both the inner and outer surfaces have been meticulously forged to enhance this non-stick property.
The skillet is equipped with a wooden handle made from beech wood, offering a warm and comfortable grip. This handle is designed to be nonslip and anti-scald, providing safety while cooking. Additionally, the riveted reinforcement ensures that the handle remains smooth and sturdy, capable of withstanding heavy use without loosening.

To maintain your skillet, begin by washing it with hot water and drying it thoroughly. It is recommended to repeat this process two to three times. Next, heat the pan over a small fire with a piece of raw fat, wiping the walls to evenly coat the surface with oil. After pouring out the excess grease, rinse with hot water and dry on low heat. Finally, coat the inside of the pot with cooking oil and let it sit for 3-5 hours before washing again. This process helps form a protective film on the cooking surface.
Before using the skillet for the first time, wash it with detergent and wipe it dry. Apply a little cooking oil for maintenance, then wash again before cooking. Be aware that high temperatures can discolor the pot body, and whitening from acidic or alkaline substances is a normal property of the material. It is advisable not to store acidic, alkaline, or other chemicals in the skillet for long periods, nor should you store acidic and salty foods.
